What Bookkeeping Services Do We Offer?

We provide professional bookkeeping services tailored to the needs of Startups companies, Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, and service-based businesses—with flexible support for clients near New York, NY and beyond.

🔹 Monthly Bookkeeping Services

We offer ongoing bookkeeping support to keep your business finances clean, current, and tax-ready:

  • Monthly transaction categorization (QuickBooks Online)

  • QuickBooks Online setup and file maintenance

  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

  • Generation of key financial statements:

    • Profit & Loss

    • Balance Sheet

    • Cash Flow Statement (as needed)

Your books are updated weekly, and we stay in touch regularly to clarify any transactions we’re unsure of. By the 10th of each month, you’ll receive accurate financial statements for the prior month—for example, January statements will be delivered by February 10th.

🔹 Catch-Up & Clean-Up Bookkeeping

Need to get your books in order before tax time? We specialize in full-year cleanups to bring your books up to date:

  • Full-year QuickBooks Online cleanup

  • Chart of Accounts restructuring

  • Clean-up of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet

  • Invoice tracking and customer follow-up

  • Preparation of Accounts Receivable Aging Reports

🔹 Accounts Receivable Services

If included in your plan, we’ll take care of all aspects of invoicing:

  • Create and send customer invoices

  • Follow up on unpaid balances

  • A/R (Accounts Receivable) reconciliation
  • Provide A/R aging reports for better cash flow management

You supply the details—we handle the rest.

🔹 Accounts Payable Services

If included in your plan, we will manage your vendor payments:

  • Enter, track, and pay bills on your behalf

  • Keep your accounts current and organized

  • Provide A/P aging reports for improved visibility

🔹 Monthly Financial Review

If your package includes a consultation, we’ll schedule a monthly call to:

  • Walk you through your financial reports

  • Help you understand business performance

  • Customize reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, A/R Aging, A/P Aging, etc.)

These reviews give you a deeper understanding of your financial health and help guide smarter business decisions.
